Last year the company took over 4,400 sq m of office space in the Proximo building. Stanley Black & Decker is an American manufacturer of tools and storage systems for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals around the world. The office and financial and accounting center of the company has been operating in Warsaw for 12 years, employing about 260 specialists. In the negotiation process, the tenant was represented by the consulting company JLL, while Tetris was responsible for the construction work. The company’s products were the leitmotif of the interior design of the new interior. On three floors, with a total area of 4.5 thousand m2 we created twelve conference rooms.
